Wood Britton

Wood has over 25 years of investment banking and private equity experience. As co-founder of a middle-market focused investment banking firm that completed transactions valued in excess of $6.5 billion, he advised both publicly traded and privately held companies regarding domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, strategic alternatives, stock repurchases, funding alternatives, divestitures and fairness opinions. Wood was also a co-founder of an investment company that acquired a regional commercial building products company, which after experiencing significant growth, was sold to a national strategic consolidator.

Wood has served on many corporate boards including Murray Supply Company and Henley Corporation as well as a board member for numerous non-profit organizations. Wood holds an MBA from the Kenan Flagler Business School and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
