Justin Cunningham

Justin has nearly 20 years of middle market investment banking and investing experience across numerous industries and has completed sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise transactions valued in excess of $3 billion in aggregate for family business and private equity owners as well as for public companies. Previously, he was a key member of the team that grew leading M&A boutique McColl Partners from a small office in Charlotte, NC to a nationwide firm ultimately acquired by Deloitte.  Justin also founded Klar Ventures,  a professional services firm focused on enhancing equity value business owners through disciplined execution of a highly tactical operational playbook. 

Justin has held senior leadership roles in multiple technology start-up companies and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Rabbu, Inc.  Justin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with distinction as a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
